salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: Bachelors
Responsibilities
•Prepare and maintain the company's financial records by performing routine accounting tasks.
•Prepare, record and review journal entries and compile supporting documentation during the normal course of business.
•Month-end closing process, account reconciliations, and research data.
•Execute the daily tracking and balancing of working capital sub-ledgers to general ledger.
•Perform tasks as part of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
•Complete ad hoc projects, tasks, and reports when required.
•1-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
•Accounting theory/GAAP and ability to perform research as necessary.
•Must be detail oriented, technically minded, meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.
•Industry experience Manufacturing is a plus
Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days WFH
