Analytical Chemist I

As an

Analytical Chemist

I, you will conduct both routine and complex quality control analyses of raw materials, in-process items, finished products, and stability samples, ensuring strict compliance with GMPs, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities:• Conduct precise testing on diverse materials using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, pH meters, and Karl Fischer titrators• Thoroughly read, comprehend, and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), raw material specifications, validation instructions, test sheets, and all company policies and processes• Document laboratory work in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest levels of integrity and accuracy• Review data meticulously, including daily calibration checks, equipment maintenance logs, and solution preparation records• Write and review SOPs, methods, laboratory investigations, and IQ/OQ protocols for equipment and software

Position Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required• 1+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or cGMP laboratory preferred• Working knowledge of HPLC, GC, AAS, and Wet Chemistry procedures• Demonstrated proficiency in managing laboratory systems, including Reference Standards, Chemical Inventory, Calibrations, Volumetric Solution Preparation and Expiration, Notebook documentation standards, calculations, and reporting protocols
