Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large, well-established, for-profit Healthcare company that owns a network of addiction and mental health treatment centers and is seeking a seasoned executive for a VP of Operations
role.
The company owns many behavioral clinics and facilities (inpatient and outpatient) across several states in the West and others. The focus of this position is to assist the company in delivering strategic plans to achieve corporate goals, address operational challenges, and implement financial and process improvements.
T
he successful candidate
will have demonstrated success in staff leadership, business development, and financial management in the healthcare industry, specifically in Behavioral and Mental Health. Additionally, a deep understanding of operations, including all federal, state, local, and Department of Health guidelines and regulations. It is preferred that the
candidate reside
(anywhere ) in the Western US . The position reports directly to the COO/CEO.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred8-10 years of health care operational experience in Mental Health and/or Addiction treatment.5 + years in a Senior Leadership role, e.g., Regional Director, Area Manager or Director - a mustExperience leading Clinical teams (CMO, Corporate RN, Director level reports)Direct P&L management responsibilityExperience in managing multiple facilities in multiple statesDemonstrated experience in identifying financial, processes or performance problems and implementing solutions.Knowledgeable of DBHDS and DMAS healthcare regulations,Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and communications skillsAbility to travel#IND123
