Job Description
Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Own the product roadmap for key financial products (e.g., payments, lending, digital banking). Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers. Establish a collaborative, high-performance culture within the product organization. Market & User Research : Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Stakeholder Management : Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Product Development : Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Performance Metrics : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance. Continuously optimize products to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure that all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the FinTech industry, working closely with legal and compliance teams. The Successful Applicant
Experience : 10+ years of product management experience, with multiple years in a management capacity, preferably within a FinTech or financial services environment. FinTech Knowledge : Deep understanding of financial technologies, regulations, and market trends, including payments, lending, digital wallets, or neobanking. Leadership : Proven experience leading and mentoring product teams, with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data-driven decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally, managing relationships with engineering, design, and business teams. Customer-Centric Mindset : Passion for understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points through innovative solutions. Agile Methodologies : Experience working within Agile or Scrum development frameworks. Education : Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
