Train, develop and coach employee performance: ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followedAssign activities and tasks to other members of the teamIdentify and develop internal candidates for management opportunitiesComply with all state and federal labor laws and regulationsManage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performanceHold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food qualityInteract with guests and community; respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaintsMonitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals

Celebrating 26 years in business, we are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 61 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. We pride ourselves on serving up bold flavors and offering an environment with beautiful and distinctive decor. MR Chicken LLC is a locally owned and operated Dave's Hot Chicken franchise, currently operating one location in Wisconsin with plans for 13 more in the next 6 years.
