American Family Care (AFC) is one of the largest primary and urgent care companies in the U.S. providing services seven days a week on a walk-in basis. Our state-of-the-art centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine. Each location is equipped with an onsite lab and in-house x-ray capability.
AFC is the parent company of AFC Franchising, LLC (AFCF). This position works directly with a franchised business location. The specific job duties and benefits can vary between franchises.
Job Summary
To sell and market urgent care medical services to local businesses, physicians, and consumers. The main focus will be to grow the patient counts per day, increase the number of local businesses using our services, and brand American Family Care to the consumer through marketing and sales events.
Responsibilities
Increase the total number of patients per dayDevelop strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services in the local areaDevelop definitions of target markets, business opportunities, and customers through data mining, research, and experienceRepresent the company through calling on local businesses, medical practices, presentations, or industry events and assume full accountability for the ongoing management of these opportunitiesDevelop and manage the departmental budgetEstablish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with all departments, center, and corporate employees, and franchisees.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant educationSuccessful experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with sales and marketing strategiesAbility to conduct face to face sales appointments, cold and warm calling, including but not limited to direct-to-consumer, business, and physiciansStrong organization and communication skillsPossess the skills to be independent, motivated, and results-driven in establishing new business, following through with communication with all accounts, and being held accountable for the growth of business
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
