Responsibilities

Develop new accounts, and maintain and expand existing accounts to market all bulk and packaged company products in assigned geographical territory.Provide assistance and sales support to customers regarding product information, availability, pricing and other information necessary to promote usage of products.Assist Credit and Customer Service Departments with resolving client concerns, questions, issues or defaults related to charges, invoices, accounts receivable and credit issues.Prepare and submit reports and information summarizing marketing activities and results. Including submissions to Sales CRM software.Assist Regional Sales Manager in the preparation and presentation of business plans, budgets and forecasts.Attend trade shows and professional organizational meetings to develop relationships, gain industry knowledge and to raise visibility for company products.Complete expense reports and other administrative paperwork as required by the company and management.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Science or Engineering, preferredFive (5) years sales experience, developing new or servicing existing markets, preferably in a similar industrySales and marketing skills, including the ability to generate and convert leadsExcellent communication and presentation skills in individual and group settingsNegotiation and problem resolution skills, exercising a great deal of creativityAbility to build and maintain professional and client relationships, including through attending events and diningGood organization and follow-through skills, as well as time and territory management skillsKnowledge of cement and concrete industry and processes, preferredProficiency with MS Word, Excel , Power Point and ability to learn other programsAbility to drive a company vehicle, extensively. Have and maintain an acceptable driving recordAble to work from home daily, as well as travel to customer locations dailyAvailability during non-business hours, as needed

Requires a substantial amount of vehicle travel, including visiting office and constructions sites. Requires occasional air travel. Requires lifting buckets of cement, standing, sitting and driving.
