What You'll Do:Develop and execute a comprehensive DEIB strategy aligned with ICL's mission, organizational values and goals.Collaborate with management to develop initiatives that support staff; develop and execute diversity-focused programs and activities to elevate employee experience.Collaborate with Director People Analytics and Compensation, Recruitment, and leadership to design and implement equitable recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion/pay practices.Serve as the Co-Chair of the DEIB Committee; Partner with committee members to help complete work plan activities and, identify barriers.Manage the annual DEI calendar, including providing logistical planning, coordination and support for DEI events and initiatives as well as standing stakeholder meetings and agendas.In partnership with the marketing team, draft internal communications and external social media posts that articulate company news, updates, events or celebrations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and host events, learning opportunities and shared spaces that will advance staff's understanding of DEIB.Establish ICL Employee Resource Groups to engage in and/or co-deliver DEIB related trainings and programs to strengthen the organization; present to cohort at New Hire Orientation on a bi-weekly basis.Serve as a member on the Employee Resource (ERG) committees.Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of DEIB initiatives.Prepare regular reports for the executive team on DEIB progress and outcomes.Generate and share relevant content to coach, empower and engage staff to continue to foster a workplace culture of equity and inclusion; provide one-on-one coaching to staff who have expressed a desire to deepen their understanding of DEIB, and promote cultural competence and allyship.Create and distribute monthly communications such as event reminders, educational opportunities and newsletters.Actively research new pedagogies, curricula, and best practices that address common corporate challenges in teaching about DEIB, and partner with senior leadership to incorporate these conversations into company training and community discussions.Assist with adding research-based DEI data to support grant proposals, cases for support and other fundraising collateral.Represent ICL at DEIB related events, conferences, donor visits, and meetings.Assist with the launch and administration of long-term, internal D&I programs.Leverage data analytics and survey results to inform programs and adjustments to ICL strategyManage and lead special projects assigned by the Chief People OfficerQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Development)Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a DEIB leadership role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.Experience nurturing inclusive organizational cultures focused on DEIB, and implementing practices around DEIB into systems, policies and procedures.Masters degree preferred.Essential KSAs:
