Responsibilities:

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Production Operator to assemble precision medical devices. We are looking for those with the ability to work accurately and be able to follow schematics and instructions precisely. The operator position requires excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components and hand tools. Production Operators will need a keen eye for detail and quality while working in a fast paced environment.Shifts available for this position:Swing Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00amOther Production Operator responsibilities include:Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenanceAdherence to product quality standards and proceduresWork in a production environment assembling medical devicesInteract effectively with all support groups and fellow employeesRequires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructionsUse of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machineryAssemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotasExperience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructionsMechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power toolsAble to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to reworkProven experience with safe production practicesStable work historyBasic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting partsRequires excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and qualityMust be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructionsEducation/Experience:

High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing environment preferredTechnical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion PreferredAbout Hamilton:
