Priority: Build Your Team People

Find and hire the best Team Members and Shift LeadsConduct proper orientation and on-boardingFollow a training plan to develop a great restaurant teamTrain & develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team MembersComplete Restaurant People Plans and conduct bench planning sessionsConduct manager meetings and Team Member one-on-onesConsistently recognize and reward Team Member performanceEnsure conflicts within the restaurant are resolved in a timely mannerPriority: Drive Customer Satisfaction Customers

Personally demonstrate positive interactions with customersEnsure that customer issues are resolved immediately & effectivelySchedule correctly to meet the needs of the businessCoach management team on driving customer satisfactionPriority: Maintain Process and Discipline Around the P & L Sales and Profits

Analyze restaurant's financial performance and create a follow-up plan to maximize profitability without compromising the customer experienceManage restaurant budget
