Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

As a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance at Talkiatry, you will have the unique opportunity to partner across the organization to drive strategic decision-making by leveraging data and analysis. 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is

inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are

low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered

philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need-and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they

got into medicine.

You will:

• Collaborate with Payer Relations, Clinical Operations, and Product/Technology teams to drive strategy and operational rigor within Talkiatry's revenue growth pillars.
• Leverage financial, operational, and industry data to evaluate new business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Build financial forecasts and targets, track performance, and analyze deviations from actuals to provide insights into financial health of revenue growth pillars.
• Define metrics and key performance indicators; partner with the Data team to develop tools and dashboards to make these metrics widely accessible across Talkiatry.
• Continually improve the accuracy of forecasts through a deep understanding of business performance and drivers.
• Support various financial work streams, including Board materials, investor reporting, M&A, and fundraising activities.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of financial services (Investment Banking /
• Private Equity) and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (Strategic Finance / Strategy & Ops / BizOps.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency & SQL proficiency, with a proven ability to digest large amounts of data and focus on the most important details.

$135,000 - $145,000 a year

Compensation range for this position is $135,000 up to a 15% performance bonus + equity, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
