Collaborate with parts departments, service advisors, and fellow technicians to complete repairs.Problem Solving: Assist in resolving complex repair challenges, seeking solutions and consulting with experienced technicians or management when needed.Qualifications:Experience:Experience Level: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Center Painter in an automotive repair setting is preferred.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in automotive painting and refinishing, with expertise in color matching and application techniques.Education and Certification:Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Vocational Training: Formal vocational training or certification in Automotive Painting is preferred and may be required for certain roles.Skills and Abilities:Technical Dexterity: Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, a steady hand, and mechanical aptitude for complex painting tasks.Color Matching Skills: Ability to accurately match paint colors using both visual and electronic tools.Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service abilities for effective communication with customers.Team Collaboration: Ability to work well as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment and assisting colleagues.Learning Ability: Eagerness to learn new technologies, painting techniques, and service procedures as automotive technology evolves.Licenses and Certifications:Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for test-driving and transporting vehicles.About Us: At The C.
