WHAT YOU WILL DOEnsure the accuracy of the bin locator.Perform aggressive inventory spot checks, cycle counts, and bin audits.Adjust cycle schedule to include spot checks as necessary.Make corrective bin moves and assist in determining root cause of inventory inaccuracies.Responsible for ensuring that specified quality standards are met for all tasks completedAssist operations with other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma/GED or 3 years of ExperienceGood Safety recordBasic math skills and attention to detailWork accuracy and efficiencyMust have the ability to work in a team environment and maintain regular attendanceMust be able to work overtime as business needs dictates.Preferred1-2 years experience in manufacturing or distribution environmentPower Equipment ExperienceComfortable working in heights over 20 feet.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand on concrete floor with/without floor mats; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms (which may include above and/or below shoulders); bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to use left and/or right hand for simple grasping; and fine motor work. The employee is occasionally required to walk, climb or balance.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move products, with assistance.
