Accordion's CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.

Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally - alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion - to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team's business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.

As part of Accordion's CFO Technology practice, we specialize in implementing and optimizing NetSuite. We focus heavily on understanding our client's accounting and finance processes and tailoring NetSuite to enable business process improvements and value creation. Our NetSuite services include implementation, mergers and acquisitions, optimization/enhancement, customization, and technical integration.

This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.What You'll Do:Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective NetSuite solutionsWork directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionalityParticipate and lead client workshops to define implementation strategyEffectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholdersAttend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team membersProvide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the 'go-to' resource on all project related inquiriesTravel to client site as neededIdeally, You Have:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information SystemsMinimum of 4+ years of Consulting experienceMinimum of 2.5 to 4+ years of NetSuite consulting experienceDemonstrated understanding and expertise of NetSuite data model/configuration and transaction flows in one or more of the following areas: Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-ReportProficient in designing/developing NetSuite custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, and CSV importExperience with SuiteBilling and/or Zone Billing is a plusExperience working with Adaptive, Salesforce, and/or OpenAir is a plusExperience with 3 or more full life cycle NetSuite implementations is a plusCertification as a NetSuite AdministratorStrong Accounting/Finance knowledgeExperience in working with Revenue Recognition/ARMPrevious industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General BusinessStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong time management skillsStrong client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilitiesIdeally, You Are:A self-starter with a strong work ethicA leader of others; you lead by exampleA strong team player, able to work with team members across all levelsAble to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessaryComfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing).Excited to be part of a growing team, with a focus on driving future growthFull of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid, flat organizationKnowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companiesPassionate about delivering exceptional client serviceSomeone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful workWilling to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole picture
