Must pass Secretarial/Clerical examination: Exam will be administered TBD. Location - 1717 W. Merced Ave., West Covina 91790.All of the required documents must be submitted with the application in order to test and be considered for the position.

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform complex and responsible secretarial duties such as maintaining complex financial records and monitoring budgets; plan, organize and coordinate office activities to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical details.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Equivalent to graduation from high school, and one year increasingly responsible secretarial experience at the level of a Secretary I. Licenses/Other: Passing score on written secretarial examination and typing of net 40 words per minute. A typing certificate must be attached with application.
