Test Analyst - Automation

Job Description Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Analyst . As an Automation Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require travel in the US and Canada At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle At least 2 years hands on experience in test automation tools Selenium, Java, Cucumber & SQL Experience with tools such as Cucumber, Cypress, TestNG, IntelliJ, GitHub and Eclipse Knowledge and experience working in Banking domain. Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution Experience in strong SQL, data management concepts including data profiling, data mapping and data integration. Experience in REST APIs & Postman Exposure to UAT testing is an added advantage. Experience working in a DevOps environment, Gitlab, SCD and hands on experience using CI/CD systems preferred to enable test data pipeline. Experience in hands-on Python programming language experience used to build test automation. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts Good Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership. Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination. Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals. Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements. Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
