Randstad is currently working with a top tier Manufacturing company that is hiring a Mold Maker at their facility in Buffalo Grove, Il. Our client is a manufacturing partner of choice for streamlined product lifecycles. The are involved from design to end of life, and offer end-to-end services optimize efficiency.
salary: $56,160 - $70,720 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PMeducation: Associate
Responsibilities
Comply with ISO: 9001 standard.Plan sequence of operations for mold constructionDetail all additional work authorized by the Project Work Order.Responsible for the quality of work. Mainting ongoing inspection for work pieces.Assembly of all the mold components and verifying proper tool function.Read blueprints of the mold and plastic piece part and verify specifications.Work with the design engineering department to assure the mold drawings.Support with knowledge all the apprenticesFollow all company Safety policies and proceduresRequired to assist with mold repair concerns.Committed to continuous improvement.Skills
