The Home National Team (HNT) provides support to the patients-and the teammates who serve them-who perform dialysis at home instead of in a center. Home dialysis provides important clinical benefits for patients, is a key driver of DaVita financial and operational performance and is a strategic priority for DaVita to support more patients succeeding on Home dialysis.
HNT's Home Innovation Lane is seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative teammate to support the implementation, project management, and analytics for a variety of Home initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work on various projects within the Home Dialysis National Team, and will include interaction with different clinic teammates, analysts, and leaders.
This position reports to the Manager, Home Patient Retention for DaVita at Home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Project & Stakeholder Management
Develop and manage project plans and timelines independently with some oversight for pilots and large-scale program implementation to Home dialysis programs across the U.S.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on timeCoordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projectsManage document approvals through legal and compliance process and maintain an updated database of approved materials for initiativesProvide outreach and support to clinic teammates to gather feedback and develop implementation plansDesign slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal audiences2. Analytics & Strategic Synthesis
Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed to effectively monitor and evaluate projects.Develop data collection methods based on project needsDevelop and continually update reports for leadership and field operators to provide updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Interface with clinic teammates including PCTs, RNs, Social Workers and Clinic Managers to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questionsComplete ad-hoc analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision making3. Presentation and Training
Develop training materials (handouts, PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts) to support the launch of new projectsCoordinate logistics and scheduling for clinic teammate and leadership trainingsDeliver trainings to clinic teammates and leaders across the organizationSupport post-launch monitoring of teammate and leadership feedbackMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study1-3 years of experienceStrong analytical and presentation skills requiredEvidence of strong partnership ability preferredStrong email communication skills requiredExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredWhat

Salary/ Wage Range$55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
