With more than 3,000 eye doctors referring their patients and trusting their own eyes to NVISION surgeons, NVISION Eye Centers is the Eye Doctors' #1 Choice.The Analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, calculating and forecasting compensation, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.The ideal candidate should be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills and is able to present financial information in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.Responsibilities:Provide monthly/quarterly reporting package to business partners, including P&L variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and prior year, as well as detailed reporting of the month's activities and delivering insights to managementPartner with operational business partners on special projects and decision supportProvide support for company budgeting / forecasting processDemonstrates financial acumen and/or analytical experience when reviewing variance analysis or data interpretation of resultsRoot cause analysis and uncovering core issues using dataQualifications:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered)5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modelingAdvanced Excel skill levelAbility to discuss financial information to a non-financial audienceAbility to multi task and change direction in a fast paced, growing organizationExperience with SQL and/or BI Tools (e.g PowerBI) a plusExperience with Facility and/or surgery center billing a plusExperience in an IPA or Health Plan setting a plusExperience with Business Planning Tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights, Hyperion Essbase) preferredMin:USD $90,000.00/Yr.
