In Process Inspector Lead (Manufacturing Production)
Job Purpose:
Performs all In-Process functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment. This position will require being the first point of contact to support department Manager and/or during Managers absence.
Nature of Duties:
Proactively identify potential issues and take corrective action to ensure product quality and minimize reworkPerform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch upEffectively use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gaugesVerify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection.Expertly repair a variety of products, including Sub Lams and Outer Layer productsMust be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirementsWork closely with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers to prioritize repairs and maintain production flowEducation and Experience:
A minimum of 6years previous manufacturing experienceAble to demonstrate a strong understanding of departments operations and processesSome experience leading or overseeing the work of others preferredAbility to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward achieving goals is criticalCertification IPC 600 requiredAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders to create a collaborative and productive work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be flexible to work overtime as business needs require
Salary Range(annual): $49,920 - $56,160
