Title: Sr. Analyst
Location: Near O'Hare
$$$: 98-110k (will be a bonus as well)

Our client, a leader in the packaging manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its strong emphasis on culture, professional development, and continuous growth. This role will focus on providing expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, forecasting, and financial planning. As a key contributor to the finance team, you will play a critical role in driving cost analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial accuracy and insight across the business
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and management of P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.Drive the forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, providing detailed insights and projections.Analyze financial performance and variances, offering actionable recommendations to improve profitability.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.Conduct cost analysis and performance evaluation to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Support budgeting processes, including development, implementation, and tracking of key financial metrics.Collaborate with executive leadership to refine financial strategies, highlighting risks and opportunities in alignment with business objectives.Provide expertise in financial planning and analysis for special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.6+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on P&L management, forecasting, and cost analysis.Manufacturing experience#InC1
