Role Overview: As a Physical Therapist at LifeWorks Integrative Health, you’ll be integral to our multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services. Your role will involve: Evaluations: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients, setting realistic goals and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Collaboration: Work closely with our Nurse Practitioner and Chiropractor to ensure holistic patient care. Treatment Implementation: Deliver effective, safe therapy tailored to individual needs, adjusting as required based on patient progress. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest practices and techniques through ongoing education and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop tailored Plans of Treatment. Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Document patient care and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Develop post-treatment plans and recommend in-home care services. Maintain professional knowledge through educational opportunities. Qualifications: BS or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapy license for Kansas. Benefits: Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Continuing Education: $500 CEU allotment per calendar year. PTO: 10 days after a 90-day probationary period.
