Hughes General Contractors, Inc. is looking for a full-time
Yard Hand
to join our team. This individual is responsible for organizing tools, and other items in the company's yard, assisting with shop inventory, driving to job sites to deliver/pickup and supplies, and other tasks as needed. This is another great entry point into a fulfilling career in construction.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
Some knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies used in construction workAbility to work independently and complete daily activities according to work scheduleAbility to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects (50 pounds)Ability to work alone and be self motivatedAbility to work outdoors 90% of the timeAbility to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistencyHave an acceptable driving recordEssential Functions:
