Randstad is currently looking for an Loan Servicing Representative 1 in Roanoke,VA.The role involves supporting loan servicing operations and improving work processes while transitioning from AFS to LoanIQ. Key responsibilities include researching loan documentation, creating reports in MS Excel, and managing exceptions. Proficiency in research, MS Excel, and knowledge of loan servicing is essential for success Position: Loan Servicing Representative 1 Location : Roanoke,VA 24019-3224 Pay: $25/hr Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Creating reports in MS Excel- Proactively checking to ensure exceptions are cleared- Looking at Checks and ACH to avoid downstream issues- Performing research on wholesale commercial loan documentation- Keying transaction to correct system of record
