Assist the Dentists chairsideWelcomes patientsPrepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfortSelection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as neededInstrument sterilization according to regulationsMaintains accurate patient recordsLab tasks as instructedProvide post-operative care instructionsMaintain clean and stocked operatoriesQualifications:
Active Texas dental assistant license requredDental Assistant training/school certification2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience requiredKnowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methodsUnderstanding of health & safety regulationsExperience with digital software, Dentrix preferredExcellent interpersonal skills
