Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM at Fort Belvoir, VA.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Manpower Programming and BudgetProcurement Request review and corrective action recommendationFinancial AnalysisBudget ExecutionExecution Data MaintenanceCurrent Year Budget Execution reportingResource AllocationOrganization agreementsData Package SupportCivilian Resource ManagementManagement Accounting/Accounting SupportReview MIPRs and UFRsDTS/GTC tasks as neededEducation, Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.Bachelors Degree or substitute 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience for a bachelors degreeMinimum of 5 years DOD financial management experiencePreferred experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)Completed Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrivalHas the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinatesWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:
