Lead month-end close processFinancial reporting and analysisBudget preparation and projectionsAudit report preparationInternal controls and process documentation
Senior Staff Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred3+ years corporate accounting experienceKnowledge of audit reportsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficiency in financial software (Sage Intacct experience a plus)Comfortable with organization's Christian values and missionFinancial transaction managementReport creation and analysisProcess improvementData manipulation (Pivot Tables, Queries, What-If analysis)
