Job Description:The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring all Cambria processed product meets the predetermined quality standards and specifications. This is done by inspecting all finished product that is being produced. This position also provides timely feedback to the proper departments when there are quality concerns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare finished product for quality control testingPerform Quality Control testing on finished product using defined procedures and test methodsInspect finished product before it's shipped to customers and/or distribution centersMaintain documentation related to all quality tests and inspectionsPerform quality audits to ensure conformance to standard operating proceduresKeep work area clean and orderlyPerform job duties safely as outlined in the Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Additional duties as assigned by managementMinimum Qualifications:Ability to use measuring toolsAbility to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operationAbility to read and write in English to complete required documentationBasic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:Critical thinking and troubleshooting skillsBasic math skillsMechanically inclinedIndustrial work experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements:Visually detect imperfections in finished product Use tape measure, gloss meter and warp bar Lift up to 50 lbs.Push/pull 100 lbs.
