Exciting Part-Time (20 hours) PM Opportunity!!!Job Description:The Software Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering equipment, resources, and information necessary to upcoming projects within the Embedded Controls team.Duties include:- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary- program and process planning efforts- coordinating with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders- managing of project budgets- attending and participating in software reviews- conducting project progress reviews- utilizing various reporting tools such as Excel•Time Management - managing AOP planning sheets - Actual hours as assigned to individual projects - variances within - works w/ SoW owners•Tracking PO's -•Resource Planningo Tracking the budget associated w/ a particular project / resource•Program Reviewso Scheduling these meetingso Tracking PO's to $$ spent for each programo Cost and Effectiveness of the programs•Time-Keepingo Using a sw called "Planesfare" - they will learn this... but helpful to have a PC understand this aspect - time charging - converting $$ to projects - producing a monthly report for leadership•Finance Mgto All of the behind the scenes "operations" work that support each and every program, scheduling, ....
