Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Charlotte, NC office.

100% on-site and the hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm and Friday 7:30am-11:30am.

* Ordering supplies; Maintenance/upkeep of production and supply rooms

* Scheduling meetings/setting up AV presentation equipment

* Assisting with event planning and coordination

* Filing and archiving

* Running occasional errands

* Answering and directing phone calls

* Support the engineering practice with a various administrative tasks

o Copying and scanning documents

o Proofreading documents, letters, and proposal.

* Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills (grammar/proofreading).

* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
