Crestline Investors, Inc., founded in 1997 and based in Fort Worth, Texas, is an institutional alternative investment management firm. Crestline specializes in credit and opportunistic investments, including financing and restructuring solutions for mature private equity funds. In addition, the firm manages a multi-PM equity market-neutral hedge fund, and provides beta and hedging solutions for institutional clients. The company maintains affiliate offices in New York City, London, Toronto and Tokyo.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Fund Accountant who will primarily be responsible for accounting, record keeping, financial reporting, and performance reporting for various private funds strategies. The position will report to the Accounting Manager over these strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor record keeping and integrity of financial records; verify and maintain accurate accounting for the financial activity of various private fundsAccount for investment activity across multiple types of investmentsLiaise with administrators to ensure accurate financial recordsLiaise with Crestline's Investment Professionals concerning accounting and investment related mattersPrepare investor capital call and distribution calculations and review notices.Understand limited partnership agreementsLiaise with external accounting firms for audit requestsUpdate promote calculations and fee calcs.Perform analytical review of multiple fund's NAVs.Review quarterly and yearly financial statements.Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA license preferredMinimum of three to six years of accounting experience, preferably with public accounting and/or investment management firmFinancial statement preparation experience a mustGeneral knowledge and understanding of performance calculationsSkilled with Microsoft applications, especially ExcelPersonal Qualifications:
