Primary Responsibilities:

As a Wealth Advisor you will serve our clients with a range of financial planning services, which require the following responsibilities:Work collaboratively with Partners and colleagues to manage a client load of 75-80 clientsProvide exceptional, responsive service, portfolio management, and advice to all clientsMaintain a disciplined and organized approach to managing numerous client activities and tasksManage and mentor Associates and Senior AssociatesBuild strong, long-term client relationships. You will work with clients to analyze their current financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a realistic plan of action. You will proactively provide the following:

Coordination of client meetings including materials, agenda, and post-meeting action item follow-upAnswers to clients' questions with superior service front of mind, alwaysFinancial planning using e-MoneyTrade recommendations and portfolio management

Achieve annually established goals to obtain client referrals, develop relationships with centers of influence, and develop new business in a rainmaking or closing role.Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other entities with which Cerity Partners has a relationship. This includes compliance with legal, professional and established firm standards of conduct.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree and/or CFP designation preferred - CPA a plus7-10 years of professional work experience ideally with 3+ years financial planning or related experienceFocused on doing what's best for clients and team; passion for client service and delivering meticulous work.Growth mindset: willingness to learn, adapt and self-reflectOrganized and detail orientedProactive and enthusiasticExceptional oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated success conducting presentations. Poised and confident.Ability to listen and empathize with clients, spot, and analyze issues, and simplify/explain financial conceptsPassionate about the wealth management industryStrong networker; builds and maintains relationshipsWorking knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce, and Excel, a strong plusCompany Overview:
