We are currently seeking a full time CNC Swiss Screw Machine Setup/Programmer at our facility in Putnam, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment with good communication and an ability to learn quickly.First Shift OpeningsSecond Shift OpeningsResponsibilities and DutiesSetup/Program & Operate CNC Swiss Screw MachinesInspect parts per print and in process documentationClear chips and maintain safe work environmentQualifications and SkillsPreferred Experience:1 to 5 years in machine shop environmentProgramming experience is a plus (Mastercam or Partmaker is ideal)Proficient use of micrometers, gauging, and comparatorFamiliarity with Citizen Machines is a plusSkilled blue print readingMinimum RequirementsHigh School Graduate or EquivalentProficiency in general mathAbility to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbsBenefitsCompetitive salary including a full range of health benefits, paid time off, eligible for 401k after 3 months of service.
