Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. The intern will support the Accounting department in day-to-day operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other general accounting duties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment, while developing key accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the processing of Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring proper coding and timely payment.Support the Accounts Receivable process, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and reconciling customer accounts.Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.Help maintain organized and accurate financial records, including filing and archiving documents.Conduct research and analysis to assist with audits and special projects.Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisors.Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience or coursework in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
