Description:Experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems OperatorYou demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solvingWell-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI)Multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling prioritiesBachelor or Associate degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related field
