The Center for Urban Community Services, a national leader in the development of effective housing and service initiatives for homeless people, invites applications for an Administrative Assistant position for The The Sands.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant supports program management and direct service staff by carrying out various administrative responsibilities critical to the successful functioning of the program. Supporting the Office Manager in managing vendor accounts, vendor relations, money management, purchases, filing, setup for trainings/meetings/client activities, opening and closing client charts, oversee storage spaces, data entry and other office duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent. BA preferred.Two years relevant experience.Good interpersonal and organizational skillsComputer literacy including spreadsheet and Excel skills a mustEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independently
