This position will work closely with multidisciplinary teams Ministry wide and with outside resources as needed in development of pricing/formulary strategies and rate modeling. This position will also develop financial models in support of Mercy Revenue Management initiatives. Models will include but not be limited to projects concerning daily pricing maintenance, research/vendor contracts, and system conversions as related to revenue. This position will support and complete analysis which impact revenue streams for the organization and should be able to complete ad hoc analysis on an independent basis.
Qualifications:Experience:
5 years financial analyst experience; Health Care experience a bonusRequired Education:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or universityOther:
Strong Excel skills a must. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills. Self-driven and independent, demonstrating an ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish and carry out goals/objectives.We Offer Great Benefits:
