At Micron's Wet process group, we evaluate new hardware platforms and process chemistries, performing fundamental research, and chemistry development. In this position, you will work with Micron engineers to develop processes that meet device requirements for future technology nodes. Additionally, you will also assist in improving existing processes and enhance process capability, productivity and efficiency projects included but not limited to contamination, surface and interface characterization.

Qualifications:•Prior wet processing and/or chemistry experience in academia must have strong verbal and written communication skills•The ability to work independently under minimal supervision•Experience generating presentations and reports•The ability to work with others, both one-on-one and in a team environment, and to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage time•Qualified candidates should also have a good background in one of the following areas: organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, surface chemistry, electrochemistry and material science. Additionally, knowledge of integrated circuit processing and semiconductor devices is preferred

Education Requirements:•Working towards completion of M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or related fields.•Graduation date should not be prior to September 1, 2025
