Job Summary:

We are seeking a multifaceted and analytical Investment Research Analyst to join our US Growth investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare therapeutics (or healthcare in general) and a keen interest in investment management. This role will focus on identifying investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance our healthcare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify high-potential investment opportunities in the healthcare sector, particularly in therapeutics.Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies.Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track and measure the effectiveness of investment initiatives.Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and other team members to support the execution of investment strategies.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market research.Assist in the development of investment theses and business cases to support investment decisions and strategic planning.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare therapeutics and emerging technologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or related field of study.Graduate degree in business or finance (MBA, MS Finance)Experience in a growth analyst or similar role, preferably within the investment management or healthcare industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Bloomberg).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.Knowledge of healthcare therapeutics, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

For New York and California based candidates, the salary range for this role is $135,000.00 = $165,000.00. Actual offers are based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's location, skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position is eligible for cash incentive providing the potential to earn more.
