Hybrid (Combination of work from home and in-assigned office location)Responsibilities:About the role:you as the Fleet Credit Analyst II - CVL will complete financial analysis and prepares credit proposals for new and existing commercial customers. You will provide appropriate recommendations and supporting documentations to mitigate risk. Duties will include daily interaction with dealership personnel, commercial customer, and Sales Team to determine financing needs and to obtain necessary financial information.In this role you will:Accurately analyze financial statements of commercial borrowers, assign accurate risk ratings and provide appropriate recommendations to mitigate riskInterface with dealership personnel, customers and Sales Team to obtain data to complete financial analysis and ensure customer expectations are managed while meeting outlined service level agreements for credit decisioningPrepare accurate and concise line of credit, bailment and chassis financing proposalsEffectively manage Line of Credit annual renewals with emphasis on retentionActively participate in department meetings and one on one meetings with managementMentor Fleet Credit Analysts and Fleet Credit SpecialistsPerform other duties as assignedConform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:What makes you a dream candidate?Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, and cash flowUnderstanding of commercial lending with emphasis in captive automotive dealership financing preferredKnowledge of dealership, fleet/commercial and indirect auto finance industry operations preferredKnowledge of Salesforce.com preferredDeadline orientedExcellent customer service, analytical skills, oral/written communication and interpersonal skillsThorough knowledge of the credit decision process and documentation involvedProficiency in MS Word and Excel applicationsExperienceBachelors Degree ?Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience required5-7 years directly related commercial underwriting and automotive commercial vehicle lending environment experience preferredWhat We Offer:
