Weekly Pay Range - $2253 To $2504Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Job Specialty: Labor and DeliveryJob Duration: 13 weeksShift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend required, 3 out of 6 holidays required, voluntary on-callGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekExperience: Must have relevant experience in Labor and DeliveryLicense: State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license requiredCertifications: BLS-AHA required; ACLS, Advanced AWHONN, or EFM preferredMust-Have: LDRP training, including OR circulation for C-sections, baby care, and management of Magnesium Sulfate patientsJob Description:- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care- Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs- Identify patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments- Initiate assessment based on patient needs, medical diagnosis, and functional health framework- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions- Manage patient care- Document care based on standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities- Advocate for evidence-based practice standards- Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model- Other duties and responsibilities as assignedLanguages: Must be proficient in English (Speak, Read, Write)
