Job Description
Day to day:A Client of Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Analyst to fill in for a current employee on extended leave. This individual will be responsible for managing financial information and overseeing all Accounts Receivable functions. Their tasks include invoice processing, claims management, and ensuring accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices accurately, ensuring they are sent to clients promptly. Verify billing details, such as rates, quantities, and terms.Payment Processing: Record payments received from customers, apply them to the appropriate accounts, and reconcile any discrepancies.Collections: Contact clients regarding outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and negotiate payment arrangements. Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with customers.Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter financial transactions into accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This includes updating customer information, invoice details, and payment records.
