Job Responsibilities:- Operate a brake press machine to bend per customer drawing or specifications- Program brake press to utilize the best tooling package- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications- Visually inspect the final product for any defects.- Maintain the machine, ensuring that it is fully functional- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Skills Required:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1-3 years of experience in metal fabrication- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings- Strong attention to detail and quality control- Excellent hand-eye coordination- Ability to safely operate metalworking equipment- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- ability to lift up to 50lbs and bend, stand, stoop, or sit for long periods at a time
