Restaurant Assistant General Manager
are the future of Snappy Salads. The Assistant General Manager doesn't just know our culture... They bleed it. They provide great hospitality with every salad and are driven to do more for our guests. They are the First Officers to the captain of this crazy ship. They lead by example, do the right thing for our guests, serve as mentors to our other team members, and understand the business of our business. They can run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence. An AGM oversees operations in new hire training and orientation, inventory, scheduling, safety and sanitation, and executing great food and guest hospitality.

Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings. Every day, we create fantastic food that will make you feel good, or even better, after eating it. And that is why we use the term "life-changing salads." It's been our pleasure to grow to 14 restaurants across the DFW area helping guests discover satisfying every day.
But our mission goes beyond satisfying, nutritious meals. We strive to leave this world healthier than the way we found it. We do this with our delicious and sustainably-sourced food. We do this through our eco-loyal practices like paper straws and recycled building materials. And we do this by recognizing and rewarding our team. We do this with the utmost pride and respect for every person we know.
Requirements:
Our Assistant General Managers have the keys to the kingdom, and that's why we're looking for some very special candidates: Must be 21 and authorized to work in the United States Ability/flexibility to work 45-55+ hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Self-discipline and initiative A developer of team members to higher level positions in the restaurant Dedication to providing exceptional hospitality and guest service Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage, train and motivate a diverse employee group 2-3 years restaurant management experience Benefits:
