Position Summary

EBI Consulting has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. Key duties include evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, forecasting future revenues and expenses, and supporting budgeting and financial planning processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software and tools, and a solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

The Financial Analyst will report into the Manager of FP&A. EBI has adopted a hybrid work model that allows for a combination of remote and in-office work. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to work both remotely and, in the office, as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators (KPIs)Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesAssist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including collaborating with department headsPrepare presentations and reports to senior leadership that summarize financial performance and highlight key issuesWorking collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure expenses are booked consistent with budgetPartner with other functional areas of the organization to analyze financial performanceQualifications and Capabilities

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field2+ years of experience in financial analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to use financial controls and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrityStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling toolsNetSuite and PowerBI experience preferred but not required
