SWBC is seeking a talented individual to support the creation and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that support SWBC Divisions' growth strategies.

Essential duties include the following:
Assists Marketing Managers with the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to support Division strategies and goals.Monitors progress and status of marketing projects through regular communication with the Marketing team and review of project milestones/due dates. Report progress and issues to key stakeholders as necessary.Coordinates meetings with Marketing and Division resources to discuss and ensure the progress of tasks, projects, and campaigns.Evaluates and gathers marketing data to create reports and present information.Updates the Marketing calendar to ensure accurate task and event descriptions, scope, and timing.Ensures project tasks are accurate and kept up to date in Workfront.Attends team meetings to discuss team, department, and organizational priorities and goals.Provides various administrative support functions as needed.Offers input and suggestions regarding process improvement opportunities.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management skills.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Proficient in operating office equipment including copy machines and printers.Able to sit or stand for long periods of time while developing and implementing marketing plans.Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of promotional documents, flyers, marketing materials, and other materials.A team player and self-motivator.SWBC offers*:
