Louie Louie is a French-inspired American bistro in the heart of University City in Philadelphia. Colorful combinations of art nouveau mixed with a seventies vibe combine modern d•cor with the timelessness of a grand European cafe. The menu is inspired by French classical combination of flavors using seasonal ingredients in a modern presentation complemented with colorful specialty cocktails, craft beer and matching wine list. The Salon offers custom lux seating, perfect for gathering with friends for cocktails and snacks. Outdoor seating reminiscent of a French cafe is the ideal spot for dining and people watching.

We require honest, hardworking professionals that manage and mentor others with respect, empathy, and dignity. Candidate should enjoy coaching and managing a team of 50-75 in a high-volume setting.

3+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence driven environmentExtensive service knowledgeExtensive experience trainingMust love interacting with guests and creating ravesExcellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industryMust be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellenceOutstanding written and verbal communication acumenRestaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasingAbility to work full-time (52.5-55 hours a week)Conflict resolutionSpecial event executionWine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferredFood Safety KnowledgeMust have ServSafe Food Handlers licenseExperience working with POS SystemsRecruiting, staff education, and motivation
