Overview:

As the RMMCO Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will support the Navy Modernization, Planning and Sustainability Division, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), which is responsible for providing the Fleet and modernization stakeholders with modernization policies; Ship Change Document (SCD) processes and approvals; Navy Data Environment (NDE) and user-training; Fleet Risk Assessments; Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, and Intelligence (C5I) Baselines; Information Technology (IT) business tools; metrics performance; and customized reports. The team will support all areas of NAVSEA Modernization Support the updates and adherence to the Navy Modernization Program Modernization and Operations Manual (NMP-MOM).This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.Working at Hepburn and Sons LLCWorking at Hepburn means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of today. We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth.Responsibilities:Provide end to end support to RMMCO process to include QA review of AIT packages, AIT management and associated program management functionsDevelop, track and report metrics consistent with RMMCO management and improvementConduct periodic reviews/audits/evaluations of AIT Sponsors and AITMs to assess and verify policy conformance for QA functionalities and responsibilitiesDraft/generate visit findings naval letter for review and approval by NAVSEA 04RPMaintain an updated list of audited AIT Sponsors and AITMs with ratings and completion statusesQualifications:

Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent5 or more years' experience with Navy modernization processes3 or more years' experience with RMMCO database, form state, progressions and completionsUnderstanding of RMMCO/AIT processesExperience with other shipboard programs interfaces (e.g. organizational maintenance management system, next generation-OMMS-NG)5 or more years experience with MS suite, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointActive Secret clearance
