This role specifically is within the Balance Sheet Recovery and Resolution Planning team.
Core Responsibilities:
Support Recovery and Resolution Planning forecasting execution processesSupport development and enhancement of Resolution Planning balance sheet forecasting capabilityDevelop methodology and projection models for balance sheet and PPNRExecute on balance sheet for annual 165d regulatory submissionsContribute to Resolution Plan narrativesGeneral Responsibilities:
Contributes to the governance of funding, investing and analytics of the balance sheet. This includesParticipates in managing liquidity and interest rate risk, the capital/legal entity structure and capital planning as well as managing rating agency relationships.Involved in capital markets activities including commercial paper and securitization; liquidity, accrual risk oversight and transfer pricing.Exposure to Citi's balance sheet and develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure supporting the liquidity reporting process.Performs other duties and functions as assignedAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications and Skills:
All qualifications and skills listed below are preferred.
6-10 years of experience working for a financial services organizationAnalytical skills and ability to design strategic solutions and processesKnowledge of Recovery and Resolution Planning regulationsKnowledge of stress testing (e.g. CCAR)Experience with modelling and the model lifecycleKnowledge of an Investment Bank Balance Sheet composition and P&LKnowledge of general accounting principles and double entry accountingThorough knowledge of key Interest Rate Risk metrics (IRE, EVS) , working knowledge of Citigroup Financial Systems (PEARL / GENESIS / Etc.) is preferredProficiency with standard analysis tools (Excel / Access / SQL)Excellent written and oral communicationAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with all levels of managementEducation:
Bachelors degree is required. Masters degree is preferred.
