The Firm oversees $133 billion in client assets as of March 31, 2024.Position:As a member of the Rockefeller Distribution team within the Investment and Client Solutions Group, the individual will work closely with the Head of Distribution, where the primary responsibility is to partner alongside Rockefeller Private Advisors to provide expertise and guidance for both alternative and traditional investment offerings available on the platform.The role will work closely with product development, manager selection, and operations to continue to build a world-class alternative investments platform.Responsibilities:Develop expertise on all Rockefeller investment solutions across the Investment and Client Solutions Investing platformAssist in creating product summaries, talking points and presentation materials to present to both internal and external stakeholders.Work across the department with the product development, manager selection and operations teams on demand assessments, marketing materials, and broader platform enhancements including the implementation of SalesforceBuild new, trusted partnerships with Rockefeller Private Advisors as an Alternative Investment Specialist, providing guidance across hedge funds, private equity, private credit, private real assets, exchange funds, tax advantages strategies and direct investment opportunities available.Assist in coordinating efforts of third-party partners on regional travel for roadshows and educational eventsLead proactive outreach to new AI users at Rockefeller, ensuring a thorough understanding of the product suite and best practices for implementationAssist in answering inbound requests regarding product clarifications, fund updates, performance inquiries, as well as other matters to maximize advisor and client experienceProvide strategic and tactical advice in all aspects of the development and implementation of the Companys alternative investment offerings in an effort to scale the business more effectively and efficientlyQualifications:

Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree and possibly an MBA, CFA, CAIA or other graduate degreeAt least 3 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industryAlternative Investments experience, preferably within a private wealth management firmStrong Knowledge of intermediaries and third-party distribution platformsExcellent communication and listening skillsCompetitive and confident, yet humble and approachableWillingness to engage in some travelSeries 7 and 66 licenses requiredSkills:

Ability to make presentations effectivelyAbility to represent the Firm professionally with internal and external contactsAbility work effectively in a team or independentlyAbility to explain complex information clearly and simplyAbility to anticipate and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and listening skillsCompetitive and confident, yet humble and approachableExpertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

Compensation Range:The anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
